We have been in the bakery business since 1995, specializing
in European and Hungarian style baking.
Over the years we found that many of our potential customers
are allergic to wheat and gluten. We have been told that not
too many GF product is available on the market that taste
good, and our customers ask us to try to make really good
gluten free breads, cookies and cakes. Therefore, we started
to learn about celiac disease and started to develop gluten
free recipes, either without any flour or with gluten free
flour mix. (White rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch).
After a lot of experimenting and failures, finally we succeeded
to make Gluten free breads, cookies and cakes that taste and
look just as good as our regular products.
Our products are preservative free, using the finest ingredients.
Our tortes are indisputably soft and moist. Most of our tortes
contains not a speck of flour, but, instead ground almonds,
or walnuts, or hazelnuts. Our tortes made without any butter
or oil but because the nuts have high natural oil content,
they emerge from the oven eminently soft and moist.
